First time in my life I saw a Samoyed back in 1995 in Vancouver, Canada.
His name was Yoshi and apart from studying English and working as au-pair I also took regular care of him.
He was a true Samoyed young male and I had no experience with dogs what-so-ever – you can imagine Yoshi had a great advantage and he really knew it!
He was really pain in the .... and I was so helpless I was not able to make him to listen to me!
And therefore after returning home from Vancouver the very first thing I would do was to buy a Samoyed male, naturally!
I named him Yoshi, of course. Started to show him I found out there were no breeders of this unique breed left in Slovakia,
which I could not understand why? For me it was the best breed ever, I wanted everybody to know it.
So I imported my foundation precious girl Xamba from Finland later on and naturally my affix had to be devoted to the one who started it all – Yoshi!
My family was also very important part of my Samoyed mania supporting me so much, well, I ended up with affix saying we are a team:
Yoshi and us = Yoshi - representing Samoyeds - and all of us in our family.

We are a small home breeder, Samoyeds are our hobby, they are important part of our life.
